PurePep Vital publishes editorial vendor scores and list-price snapshots. If a COA claim, URL, promo code, or score no longer matches public retailer information, submit details below. Verified changes appear on the relevant page and in our public corrections log.

• Include the page URL (e.g. /shop/bpc-157 or /brands/blugen)
• Describe the current listing vs. the correct public information
• Link to retailer documentation when available (COA PDF, product page)
