GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) is a quality system for non-clinical safety studies, historically associated with regulatory submission packages. cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) is a system for the manufacture of products where consistent batch quality and controls are the goal (including many pharmaceutical contexts).
